TEMPORARY STAFFING
Coherent Staffing Solutions specializes in providing temporary employees in a variety of business sectors: administrative, medical, technical, information technology and finance to name a few. We thoroughly screen all temporary employees prior to presenting them to our clients. If clients prefer to make the final selection, we will provide a slate of 3-5 candidates and coordinate the interview process. We staff nationwide.

TEMPORARY TO PLACEMENT
Temporary to Permanent is an excellent solution for companies that wish to “try out“ an employee for fit and performance. If you decide to hire a temporary employee after 500 hours, you pay our firm nothing. If an employee is hired prior to 500 hours, we charge a fee based on the length of time remaining on their assignment.
DIRECT PLACEMENT
Coherent Staffing will deploy State of the Art tools to help find your next Superstar. We test candidates extensively to develop a 360 view of their character and performance. Our staff utilizes tools to analyze the probability of a candidate’s future success with your company. When it comes to hiring, analytics do matter.
Reduce costly mistakes and high turnover by investing in the front end of the hiring process.
Our direct placement costs are: 30% of the candidate’s base salary payable in 3 installments: 1/3 at commencement, 1/3 at interview and 1/3 at selection.
Document Imaging and Scanning
Our approach to document imaging projects is to spend the time and resources to plan and do the project correctly the first time. At Coherent, we are very selective on the projects we pursue for the simple fact we like to do things right exceeding our client’s expectations.
Each client receives a dedicated project manager for their conversion needs who will act as a liaison between our customer and our project team. Your project manager will provide you with a weekly report detailing all aspects of your conversion project.
